Get approved
A network administrator reviews the application. Approval is the gate — nothing is provisioned before it.
Your tenant is provisioned
On approval, your tenant, its steward keys, and an administrator sign-in are created on your chosen operator.

Your admin signs in and runs City Setup — the baseline pipeline builds your city's first layers.
